The game
Jewels Revenge is provided by Axperts Dariusz Zalewski, ul. Pelikana 1/3, 71-698 Szczecin, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 851 319 2109, REGON 363785540, email [email protected]. The game is free to play. It shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Opponents controlled by AI
When no other player is available, or during the first matches, you may play against an opponent controlled by the computer. Such opponents are always labelled "AI opponent" in the game. Wins against AI give trophies only until you reach 500 trophies (to help new players learn), and they never change your hidden skill rating.
Fair play
Do not use modified game clients, automation or bugs to gain an advantage, and do not create accounts to manipulate the ranking. We may reset progress or remove accounts that break these rules.
Virtual items and purchases
- Coins, gems, trophies, boosters and other virtual items are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other players or accounts.
- You can buy gems, the Starter Pack, Remove Ads and VIP Week. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency, including taxes where applicable. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms.
- Gems can be exchanged for coins in the game. Remove Ads turns off full-screen ads; optional rewarded videos stay available. VIP Week doubles the coins you win in matches for 7 days from the purchase. The Starter Pack can be bought once per account.
- No paid item contains random rewards.
- Items are delivered to your account right after the store confirms the payment. If an item does not arrive, use Shop, Restore purchases, or write to us with your player ID.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because purchased items are delivered immediately, by buying you ask us to deliver them at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the item has been delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not delivered. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their rules; refunded items may be removed from your account.
Availability and changes
We keep improving the game and may change its content, balance and prices. We will try to keep your progress between versions. If we ever shut the game down, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days in advance.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
